Terms and Conditions.

1. Do not place orders if you cannot wait!
2. You agree to purchase at your own risk. We recommend that you purchase from reputable merchants and sellers with high ratings and good feedback (applicable for eBay and similar sites).
3. We will not be liable if unfortunately:
   (a) your seller sends you a defective item
   (b) your seller sends your item in the wrong color/size/design
   (c) your seller fails to deliver your order
   (d) your parcel is lost in transit from Taiwan to Malaysia
4. Prices quoted are not negotiable. We have a fixed rate which is controlled, and provided by our agent.

How We Calculate.
Our charges is based on the formula below:

(1) Price of item (USD) + (2) USA ground delivery (USD) / (current rate) + (3) Air freight fares (RM) = Final Total (RM).

*E-mail us for the current rate.
*Payment is collected in 2 parts. We require payment for (1), (2) and (3) to secure your orders. Upon receipt of your items in Taiwan, we will proceed to collect (4), prior to delivery to Malaysia.
*(2) Taiwan ground delivery is compulsory and the fees are dependent on your merchant. Fees may be waived if there are promotions in-store.
*(3) Air freight fares are calculated according to weight. You may opt for shared shipping, or individual parcel that will be delivered directly to you.

How to Order.

1. Copy and paste the links of the desired item in an e-mail to us.
2. State your preferred color/size/design.
3. Upon receipt of our quote and if you agree to it, do kindly fill up our order form with your details.
4. You will be issued an invoice, with your total for payment as well as payment details.

FAQ

How long is the delivery once orders are placed?
There are many factors that may affect the delivery of your items.
If your order consists of pre-order items, you can expect the delivery to take between 3-4 weeks to arrive.

At times, your parcel may have been efficiently delivered by our agents in good time, but may have been withheld at the KLIA customs office. As a result of which, your delivery may be delayed, and will take up to a week before your parcel is released from the custom office.

What options do I have for the international delivery?
You can either opt for;
(a) Shared air freight
(b) Individual parcel
