Terms and Conditions.
- Do not place orders if you cannot wait!
- You agree to purchase at your own risk. We recommend that you purchase from merchants and sellers with high ratings and good feedback.
- We will not be liable if unfortunately:
(a) your seller sends you a defective item
(b) your seller sends your item in the wrong color/size/design
(c) your seller fails to deliver your order
(d) your parcel is lost in transit from Taiwan to Malaysia
- Prices quoted are not negotiable. We have a fixed rate which is controlled, and provided by our agent.

How We Calculate.
Our charges is based on the formula below:
(1) Price of item (NT) + (2) Taiwan ground delivery (NT) + (3) Bank transaction fee (NT17) / (current rate) + (4) Air freight fares (RM) =
Final Total (RM).

*Payment is collected in 2 parts. We require payment for (1), (2) and (3) to secure your orders. Upon receipt of your items in Taiwan, we will proceed to collect (4), prior to delivery to Malaysia.
*(2) Taiwan ground delivery is compulsory and the fees are dependent on your merchant. Fees may be waived if there are promotions in-store.
*(3) Bank transaction fee is compulsory (and fixed). It is a one time fee for each order from one seller.
*(4) Air freight fares are calculated according to weight. You may opt for delivery via Sea Freight, if you have a large volume of purchase.

How to Order.
- Copy and paste the links of the desired item in an e-mail to us.
- State your preferred color/size/design.
- Upon receipt of our quote and if you agree to it, do kindly fill up our order form with your details.
- You will be issued an invoice, with your total for payment as well as payment details.

FAQ
How long is the delivery once orders are placed?
There are many factors that may affect the delivery of your items.
- If your order consists of pre-order items, you can expect the delivery to take between 4-6 weeks to arrive.
- If your order is of ready stock goods, you can expect the delivery to take from 2-3 weeks to arrive, and maybe even 1, if you're really lucky.
At times, your parcel may have been efficiently delivered by our agents in good time, but may have been withheld at the KLIA customs office. As a result of which, your delivery may be delayed, and will take up to a week before your parcel is released from the custom's office.
What options do I have for the international delivery?
You can either opt for;
- Air freight (1-2 weeks from date shipped)
- Sea freight (4-6 weeks from date shipped)
